Hello - New Tie Pilot in the Works-

Postby TI-2709 Husky » July 28th, 2010, 12:47 pm

Hi Guys and Gals, I am starting out on my TIE Pilot Journey, I have been discussing things on and off with My Garrison Mate Tom Kuntz (TI-9767) Aztec, and I finally took the plunge on the 1st piece the Helmet, I got it from a guy in the UK. It looked like a good size helmet and he was very helpful, I hope it works out for me. I currenty have approved Scout :scout and Snowtroopers in my costume fold, I just sold my TD to help with the TI project. Look forward to your help here, and I am sure I will be asking questions soon enough once my project gets into full swing.

P.S. I choose call sign "Husky" for myself even though I know nothing is official b/c I have have owned two Siberian Huskys and I am a bit of a Husky guy

Yeah really so say we all. :) Husky is another way of saying "cuddleable."

Congrats on making the switch from a tree-dodger to a terror in the skies. I'm sure you will have all the help you need already but never hesitate to ask. TIE pilot chats are always Tuesday nights so feel free to come in and get to know your fellow pilots from around the globe!

And welcome to the Jolly Rogers!

I'm a big boy, too. I have to ask you; how's that work out with the biker scout costume? Some have told me that if I consider myself too big to be taken seriously in a TK outfit, Biker Scout works a bit better to hide the pudge-ness. Your thoughts?
